That sure wasnt the way the Giants wanted to finish up their three game series with the Dodgers. Chad Billingsley tossed a complete game shutout to beat the Giants 4-0. After winning the first game of the series, the Giants then lost the next to to lose the overall series. The Giants hitters had problems with Billingsley all night long as they only had five hits in the entire game. The hitters did not take and walks and struckout eight times. Diamondbacks beat the Padres 7-3
The Arizona Diamondbacks beat the San Diego Padres 7-3 on Wenesdaynight as the two teams finished up a three game series. After losing the first game, the D-backs came back to win the next two and won the series two games to one. That is exactly what the team needs to do right now, just keep on winning every series and things will turn out good. The Tampa Bay Rays defeated the Toronto Blue Jays Wednesday afternoon 3-2 to win 2 out of 3 games and head home with a winning road trip record.
